Why are you moving software?
Unfortunately, a lot of the current website is built using legacy code that is old and cannot be easily updated or maintained. Therefore, it was decided that it would be better in the long term to migrate to more modern software.
What will happen to my balance?
Your accounts balance will be transferred to the new software alongside your account information. Both cash and points balances will be converted to cash when we transfer your account to the new platform. Rest assured that your balance will be rounded up in the conversion process so you won’t be losing any of your earnings.
Will there be a referral or affiliate program?
Unfortunately, the new software does not support a referral system at this moment in time. We are actively looking into ways we can bring such a feature to the new platform.
Will the payment methods be the same?
The payments methods will change but will still include options such as PayPal, Amazon, Virtual VISA and a range of other gift codes.
Note: Types of rewards will vary by country.
I have a pending payment/order, will they still be processed?
All pending and ready-to-be-paid withdraws/order will still be processed.
When will the transfer happen?
The migration is planned to begin on Monday 15th March. During that time the website will be unavailable. You will have access to your account on the new platform on Tuesday 16th March.
How will I access my account on the new platform?
You will be able to login to your account from the same page on points2shop.com / surveyrewardz.com. Your password will remain the same.
What about the shoutbox?
We understand that losing the shoutbox is not ideal, but it is tied to the old system and therefore cannot be brought to the new software. At some stage soon we are planning on opening a new community section that will function as a forum so that members can interact with each other like they did before.
